Klar, das geht über einen direkten Vorteil - Geld, Dienstleistung oder Waren. Aber die Kunst ist eben nicht wahllos Produkte zu verschicken, in der Hoffnung jemand würde sie gut finden und darüber bloggen. Sondern eher im richtigen Moment zuzuhören, eine angemessene Reaktion zu entwickeln, sie intern abzustimmen und dann mit Freude umzusetzen. Chapeau, BonPrix!

Five years ago (2006)

• No Facebook, unless you were a student in the United States. The site opened “for the rest of us” in late 2006.
• No Twitter. It launched mid 2006 but hadn’t yet caught on.
• No iPhone or Android smartphones. The pinnacle of smartphones came from the likes of Nokia (Symbian-based smartphones), RIM (good old Blackberry) and companies like HTC (with Windows Mobile).
• No mobile app ecosystem. Ok, third-party mobile apps technically did exist at this time, but it wasn’t until Apple opened up the iPhone for developers that mobile apps as we know them today really took off. The iPhone SDK wasn’t released until March 2008.
• No iPad.
• No Google Chrome. The vast majority of all web surfing was done using Internet Explorer 6. Firefox 2.0 and Internet Explorer 7 were released late in 2006.

Sehr cool gemacht. Wo gibt´s das zu kaufen?

Das muss ein unbeschreibliches Gefühl sein, wenn man sich von solchen Felsen der Erde entgegen wirft.

“Gratz, derbe Seite, ich liebe euern Style, ihr seid der illste Dübelhersteller wo gibt! <3“.

So oder so ähnlich wünschen sich viele Marketer Kommentare (besser: Pinnwand-Posts) auf den Facebook Fanpages.

Die Realität sieht bekanntlich anders aus. Ich habe (vor allem in den letzten Wochen) auch einige Ernüchterung Facebook gegenüber erlebt und gemerkt, wie wichtig (und wie viel mehr "social") Fachforen wie telefon-treff.de oder motor-talk.de sind.

Diese Gesprächsorte sind nach wie vor entscheidend für den Kaufprozess. Auf Facebook konsumieren die Nutzer dann das Feuerwerk mit Hütchenspielerei und Chichi als Entertainment-Beilage.

Coole Idee, einfache Umsetzung, tolles Ergebnis.

Mittlerweile ersetzt man den Aufwand der gezielten Verbreitung von Inhalten durch den Aufwand entsprechende Listen anzulegen und zu pflegen. Vielleicht erfindet ja mal jemand einen Dienst, der die Circles/Listen/Spaces organisiert.

Dieses "Dear Photograph" ist bisher an mir vorbei gegangen, obwohl das unendlich großartig ist! Dank fubiz wird man auf solche Dinge aufmerksam. Die Umsetzung zum traurigen Jahrestag von 9/11 finde ich fesselnd.

Habe aktuell nur selten Zeit, in den Twitter-Stream zu schauen. Und noch weniger Zeit, interessante Links anzuklicken und/oder für später zu speichern. Deshalb versuche ich jetzt mit SiftLinks eine Link-Liste aus Twitter für die Abendlektüre zu erstellen. Mal schauen, ob das klappt.

Gigantische Tierporträts von Morten Koldby, einem dänischen Fotografen. Leider auf Anhieb nicht rausgefunden, wie viel Postproduction da in einer Aufnahme steckt bzw. wie die Originale aussehen.

Die Serie ist übrigens schon ein paar Monate älter...
